Often stop to get a bite here when passing through Kingston. Today we sat inside, instead of using the drive through. Clean and spacious and larger than expected. Owner very hospitable. An old-school approach to personally connecting with customers. Been to the one in Cornwall as well, and commented on how a manager there gave little extras to our daughter. Learned it was his wife! Food always tasty, generous portions. Only suggestion would be to use pita for gyros and souvlaki instead of that Naan substitute.
Love this place love the food! Amazing prices as well. A must for eating in Kingston! UPDATE : We were there again today! Still amazing! They forgot our forks but we didn't even mind as it was soooo good! 2 poutines for 10!!! UPDATE : in Kingston again and where did we stop! Big Bites! Love the food so much took 2 of the kids this time so they could have some too.
When I made the mistake of placing an online order for the Cornwall location the owner was very quick to provide a resolution with such humility. Thank you so much for your kindness. We will be back again and again! The food was amazing!!! Great burgers, fries, poutine and baklava!
**Review for Big Bites** We had an amazing experience at **Big Bites**! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Our autistic son is a very picky eater and ordered a plain chicken sandwich. Due to a miscommunication, he initially received a chicken burger with all the toppings. When we brought it up, the owner was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we got exactly what he could eat. The staff and Dimitri (top notch) were so friendly and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable. If you ever get the chance to visit **Big Bites**, don’t hesitate—it’s so worth it! We’ll definitely be back. Even better, open up shop in Belleville! We will be regulars!
Tried the smoked meat sandwich and it was great! The smoked meat was super tender, but it was on the lighter side in terms of flavour, tasted great nonetheless. Can’t wait to return to try other menu items! Friendly and efficient staff too!
Stopped in for a quick lunch. Clean and welcoming, very friendly staff. Lots of choices on the menu including plenty of 2 for 1 options. We had hot dogs, corn dogs, chili and fries; all were excellent. I hear the smoked meat and burgers are highly rated so that's for the next visit. Good food, good service, good prices!
We stopped there on our way back to Montreal. The owner welcomed us and suggested some items on the menu. He was so nice and friendly. We had a smoked meat. The fries were so good and the Baklava delicious. I will make sure to stop there again for lunch next time I pass by.
The food was great, obviously. But the big draw here is the great seating. Poutine with hot dog in it is a Quebecois classic. Big Bites did not disappoint. Fast service and great sturdy takeout containers. The employees have really delicious recommendations and the poutine comes with a PICKLE. How amazing is that???
